One-on-One ADHD Life Coaching for Adults

Support, strategies, and guidance to help you parent with more confidence, calm, and connection.

Many adults with ADHD have spent years being told what’s wrong with them — by workplaces, partners, family members, and even themselves. They’ve tried harder. Pushed through. Masked symptoms. And in doing so, many have reached burnout trying to function in a neurotypical world that doesn’t fit how their brain is wired.

If you're looking for support—and practical ways to create more ease in your life—we’ve got this!

Together we can:

🌿 Identify your unique strengths and values.

🌿 Build realistic, sustainable routines and improve executive function skills like task initiation, planning, and focus.

🌿 Shift internal narratives rooted in shame or self-criticism.

🌿 Structure your life to support focus, ease, and flow.

All sessions are one-on-one, held on Zoom, and run for 45 minutes.

One-on-One ADHD Life Coaching for Teenss

Are you feeling lost about how to help your teen with ADHD or anxiety? Whether they’re struggling with motivation, school, or emotional ups and downs, there is a way forward — and it starts with the expertise support.

If your teen has ADHD, chances are they want to do better — they just don’t yet know how to manage the overwhelm, distractions, or big feelings.

I support teens with ADHD to understand their emotions, manage overwhelm, and build self-trust.

Through personalised coaching, we develop practical tools to handle frustration, emotional sensitivity, and negative self-talk — so they feel calmer, more in control, and more confident in who they are.

All sessions are one-on-one, held on Zoom, and run for 45 minutes. Some teens come in feeling unsure, and that’s completely okay. We move at a pace that feels right for them.

Along the way, I share ADHD-friendly resources like workbooks, templates, and checklists — simple tools your teen can use between sessions to feel more capable and in control.

Understanding ADHD - Workshops for Educators

You may already know that ADHD impacts a student’s ability to focus, stay on task, manage emotions, or finish assignments on time. But what you might not know is that underneath many of these behaviours is something called executive function — the brain’s self-management system.

Even if you’ve heard the term before, executive functions can feel like a fuzzy concept — often rattled off in a list: working memory, impulse control, organisation, task initiation, time management… the usual suspects.

When we shift our lens from "Why won't they just do it?" to "What support do they need to get started or stay regulated?", everything changes — for the student and for you as their teacher.

All sessions are available Australia-wide and across New Zealand via Zoom. In-person delivery is also an option.

I offer a range of professional development options designed to meet the diverse needs of educators — whether you're looking for a practical workshop, an in-depth training, or an interactive Q&A session tailored to your school or team.

One-on-One ADHD Life Coaching for Parents of Teens

Support, strategies, and guidance to help you parent with more confidence, calm, and connection.

Parenting a teenager with ADHD can feel like navigating a maze — one moment you're making progress, and the next you're facing meltdowns, shutdowns, school refusal, or missed assignments. You're doing your best, but some days it feels like nothing works.

And no one truly understands what it’s like inside your home.

You are not alone — and you don’t have to do this on your own.

As an ADHD life coach for parents of teens, I provide practical support, expert insight, and compassionate coaching to help you feel more in control and better equipped to support your child.

I’ll also share helpful resources along the way — like e-books I’ve made, easy-to-use templates, checklists, and more!

All sessions are one-on-one, held on Zoom, and run for 45 minutes.
