YOU'RE IN THE
RIGHT PLACE!
Hi there, I’m Trudy Parkin.
Based in Melbourne, I’m a Certified ADHD Life Coach for adults and teens who want to live with clarity and calm, not constant exhaustion, and feel happier day to day.
ADHD can make life feel overwhelming, but with the right tools and support, you can thrive. I coach teens, parents, and adults to build confidence, calm, and clarity.
This kind of self-awareness builds real-life change: better focus, fewer blow-ups, stronger relationships, and more ease in your day. My coaching is grounded in curiosity and compassion, and it’s designed to feel empowering, not overwhelming.
What Adults Can Expect From ADHD Life Coaching?
You’ll begin to understand how your brain works, why certain things feel harder (or easier), and what to do about it, with support every step of the way. You’ll feel held in a safe space, free from judgment.
You won’t be rushed. You’ll have time to slow down, reflect, and make sense of what’s really going on - at your own pace. You can take off your mask and finally be yourself.
All sessions are one-on-one, held on Zoom, and run for 45 minutes.
I’ll also share helpful resources along the way, like e-books I’ve made, easy-to-use templates, checklists, and more! If you’d like to dive deeper, explore my dedicated page on ADHD adult coaching.
Don’t wait for motivation to magically show up. Together, we’ll build the systems and confidence to help you to move forward.
What One-on-One Coaching Looks Like for Teens
Through coaching, your teen will begin to understand how their brain works, why some things feel harder (or easier), and what strategies can actually help. Together, we explore tools that build confidence, motivation, and self-awareness in a way that feels doable and supportive.
Sessions are a calm and welcoming space where your teen can take their time, feel heard, and start to reflect, without pressure. Many teens find it’s a relief to talk with someone who just gets how their brain works. Coaching isn’t about fixing or forcing - it’s about creating space to grow.
All sessions are one-on-one, held on Zoom, and run for 45 minutes.
Along the way, I share ADHD-friendly resources like workbooks, templates, and checklists, simple tools your teen can use between sessions to feel more capable and in control. If you’d like more details, visit my page on ADHD coaching for teens.

What One-on-One Coaching Looks Like for Parents
ADHD parent coaching is about supporting you, the parent with practical tools, education, and compassionate guidance to help you create a calmer, more connected relationship with your child or teen.
Instead of focusing on what’s going wrong, we work together to understand how ADHD affects your child’s behaviour, emotions, and ability to manage daily life. You’ll learn how to respond to challenges with more clarity and confidence, and with far less stress and second-guessing.
This isn’t about discipline charts or quick fixes. It’s about building a relationship based on trust, regulation, and shared understanding. As you shift how you communicate, set boundaries, and support your child’s nervous system, you’ll start to notice ripple effects - fewer blow-ups, more cooperation, and a more balanced home life for everyone.
When parents feel supported, the entire family benefits.
All sessions are one-on-one, held on Zoom, and run for 45 minutes.

I'm based in Melbourne, Australia, but thanks to Zoom, I work with clients all over the world. This means I can provide ADHD coaching to people in different locations, including:

ADHD coach Canberra
I also work with clients across New Zealand, the U.K and the United States. So no matter where you are, if you’re ready to feel more understood, capable, and in control, I’d love to support you.
"Trudy is an amazing coach!" She took the time to meet the whole family. Trudy has really helped my daughter with learning about how her ADHD affects her individually and how to manage it. Trudy is one of those rare, precious school teachers that are so good with kids that you just want to bottle them. She goes above and beyond.
"If you are considering coaching with her, just do it. Your life will be richer for it." Trudy guided me to a space of understanding myself, gave me the tools to challenge negative self-talk, and begin showing some self-compassion. This opened my eyes up to the stories and beliefs I had about myself the lack of self-worth and shame I carried and how to shift this to begin living a life with self-love. This change allowed me to accept my ADHD and embrace the challenges and gifts it brings.
"Coaching with Trudy has changed my life!" Trudy is kind, insightful, and really understands what I needed. She genuinely cares, and it showed in the little things, like sending me a quick text during the week to check in. That meant so much it made me feel like she was really there for me and thinking about me. I’m so grateful for her guidance and how much she’s helped me. It’s made a real difference.
"Trudy sees my son for exactly who he is, beautiful, sensitive, smart, and creative." My son would come away from every single session with Trudy with a huge smile on his face. They connected in a meaningful way, and he felt seen, heard, and understood. Trudy is a gift to our kids, she is fun and sparkly, and I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a guiding light and mentor on their ADHD journey.
